These terms describe the rules for using Situationship at situationship.today.
1. The service
Situationship helps you reflect on a relationship using the information you provide. Features include Reality Checks, conversations with Chips, message reviews and a timeline.
AI-generated responses may be incomplete or incorrect. They do not reveal another person’s thoughts and are not a medical, psychological or legal opinion. Your decisions remain your own.
2. Access and accounts
The service is for adults. Use an email address you control, protect your credentials and report suspicious access. Available features depend on the rights associated with your account.
Test access is neither a purchase nor a paid subscription and does not start a paid renewal.
3. Your content
Only provide content you are entitled to use. Share no more information about other people than is necessary: use aliases and remove contact details and unrelated intimate information.
Do not use the service to surveil, harass or publicly expose someone, infringe their rights, submit unlawful content or bypass security.
You retain your rights to your content. It is processed to provide the features you request, as described in the privacy policy.
4. Analyses, credits and offers
The cost of a generation is shown before it runs. It depends on the request, selected information and necessary context. Review the quote before confirming.
Offers marked “Coming soon” do not accept payment. When a purchase is available, its price, contents and any renewal terms must be shown before confirmation. Test access alone does not require a payment card.
Closing an account is not the same as cancelling a subscription with a payment provider. Contact support about charges, credits or renewals. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights.
5. Reports and sharing
Saved reports can be read in your account without generating them again. A correction or updated report may require a new request and its associated cost.
Check a card or excerpt before sharing it. Remove information that identifies someone else. Posts on social networks are also subject to those networks’ rules.
6. Availability and limits
Maintenance, technical incidents or provider outages can interrupt the service. Continuous availability and particular relationship outcomes are not guaranteed.
Situationship is not an emergency service. In immediate danger, contact emergency services or someone you trust. Seek a qualified professional for healthcare or specialist support.
7. Changes
Features and these terms may change. The update date appears at the top. A change does not authorize a new payment: the relevant confirmation process must still be followed.
